Blending so many unique and versatile features, the 2250 SS easily sets itself apart from a literal sea of designs. Unlike the compromised approach of a typical deck boat, the 2250 carries a much more versatile platform for fishing, family fun, and total performance - a distinction that's likely created a completely new class of recreational boats. Added storage, bonus interior features, and noticeably stronger hull performance are among a number of unmatched standouts highlighting this design. Evolved from the tournament proven performance of the legendary Bay Ranger® hulls, the 2250 enjoys an exceptionally smooth, dry ride and the responsive handling features of fluid Sea Star Pro® hydraulic steering. The center-mounted console is styled to maximize fishing, floor and overall storage space and is well equipped with performance instrumentation, including speed, tach, fuel, trim, and water pressure gauges. Built on a hull length of 22'6" and an overall beam of 101", the 2250 enjoys optimum stability from trolling to top end. Upright, level flotation is injected throughout the interior of the boat reinforcing its nature as an ultra quiet, solid performer with exceptional peace of mind. Inside, the layout is dominated by an impressive wide open feel. Storage is honeycombed throughout the family-friendly design. Up front, the bow platform includes a trio of compartments and pedestal bases for two fishing seats. The flush forward deck is built to accommodate a quick-release Minn Kota® trolling motor and a factory-installed depthfinder for the console is also available. From bow to stern in both gunnels, the sheer volume of storage in the 2250 is further underscored by the huge rod/ski storage boxes just forward of the helm. Stretching 7 ½' in length, these oversized, carpeted compartments include an interior weather trim seal and are lockable for even greater security. Elsewhere, convenience persists with a pair of aerated livewells balancing both ends of the cockpit. Just forward of the console, a built-in cooler eliminates the need to carry an extra cooler on board. There's even a storage compartment for an available head with privy curtain. While total performance and storage space give the 2250 a clear head start on other designs, the layout is also geared for maximum comfort and convenience. For and aft decks are equipped with a softer, ski-resistant surface and the plush, custom-contoured upholstery is seamless - making it extremely resilient, durable and easy to maintain. Helm seating also has a different twist with a flipback backrest delivering even more versatility. Duplicating many of the benefits of the front the deck, the stern platform includes even more flush-mounted storage, a boarding ladder, and additional stainless steel pedestal bases for fishing seats. Custom-built in a wide range of color combinations, the 2250 is also available with factory-installed features like tilt steering, a bimini top, snap-in carpet, bow ladder, battery charger and a ski tow package.
